Born and raised in Midland, TX.
Claire lived 2 years in Houston before coming to LeTourneau University in Longview, TX, where she currently resides. She will graduate with a degree in Computer Information Systems in May of 2003.

Born and raised in Mountain View, CA.
Scott will graduate from LeTourneau University with a degree in Computer Science and Engineering in December of 2002.

At the first brother-sister floor function 2 nights after Claire arrived at LeTourneau. He was the guy pointed out as having "a sense of humor." She was the girl who couldn't remember which name was hers.

We spent a day of high adventure.

First stop - Tyler, home of the famous Tyler Rose Festival. We saw the gardens and the museum filled with dresses of former Rose Queens.

Second stop - I-20 near Terrell. Highway construction forced us into one lane. A lady rolling her Jeep forced us to a complete stop - big rigs in front, big rigs behind, 108 degrees, no sign of any emergency vehicles. Several drivers went to the aid of the injured. The rest of us got a whole freeway full of cars to back up, file onto the last exit ramp, and get under way before the fire trucks arrived.

Third stop - Medieval Times, Dallas. We arrived just in time for the show. Horses, hawks, and knights entertain with their acts of showmanship and valor. We cheered heartily, and our knight prevailed!

Final stop - The Fountain Plaza, downtown Dallas. Several dozen fountains provide enough roar to mask out the children playing in the cascade. A quiet corner to pop the question

Iona was born with a good head of hair and the ability to produce tears. She could lift her head and flop over onto her side by her second day. She enjoys the VeggieTales theme song and long freeway rides.
