Story
It is said among London's gilded youth, that, if all the girls Freddy Widgeon loved and lost were placed end to end, they would reach halfway down Picadilly - or further, as some of them were pretty tall. One Spring and Summer, he managed to win the hearts of six young pippins in a row - managing to win - and lose - one young lady per month, from April through September.
Freddy being a sort of an equal opportunity chump, managed to select blondes, brunettes, and redheads (approximately two of each) to fall madly in love with. No two were of the same description, however, for three of them were short, petite girls, and three were statuesquely tall. He managed not to repeat any combination of size and coloration.
His friends became so used to seeing him with a new popsie on his arm every time they saw him, that they rather lost track of which girl was which, and only managed to recall scattered details.
Here then, are the known facts about Amelia, Beatrice, Clarice, Dianne, Elizabeth, and Florence, if you can unscramble whom Freddy fell for in what month, and her height and haircolor.
